One T Reports ("the app") is a reporting tool operated by One T Digitals. It shows the advertising results of stores we manage next to their Shopify sales. This page explains what data the app uses and how it is protected.

Data we access

• Advertising data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat ad accounts that the account owner connects: account names, campaign names, daily spend, impressions, clicks, purchases and purchase value, and the landing-page domains of ads (used to match an ad account to a store).
• Shopify order totals from stores that install the app: order number, date, sales amounts, discounts, shipping, cancellation status and product titles with quantities.

The app does not read or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or payment details.

Google user data

When an account owner connects Google Ads, the app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope only to read reporting data (spend, clicks, conversions and ad landing pages) of the Google Ads accounts that user can access. The app never creates, edits or deletes campaigns, ads or budgets. Google user data is used only to show reports to the agency and to the matching store, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How data is stored

• Data is stored on our own server and database. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256).
• Each store can only see its own report. Agency staff need a password-protected login.
• Background logs are kept for 30 days.

Deleting data

• Uninstalling the Shopify app stops all syncing; the store's data is deleted when Shopify sends its data-removal request.
• Disconnecting an ad platform in the Agency Panel deletes its saved tokens.
• Google access can also be removed at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
